Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy on refunds and cancellations for all services.
We value transparency and fairness in all our services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking or purchasing any consultation, healing, coaching, or training program.
1. Spiritual Reading & Consultation / Exploratory Coaching Sessions
For Spiritual Reading & Consultation and Exploratory Coaching Sessions only:
- If you choose to cancel before the scheduled session is delivered, you are eligible for a 100% refund, which will be processed immediately or within 24 hours.
- Once the consultation or coaching session has been delivered, no refunds will be applicable.
2. Services Not Yet Initiated
For all services, including but not limited to:
- Energy Healing
- Spiritual Cleansing
- Manifestation Services
- Coaching Programs
- Training Programs
- Any other offered service
If an advance payment has been made and the purchased service has not yet been initiated, and cancellation occurs from either the client's side or our side, a 100% refund will be issued within 28 working days.
This refund eligibility applies only when the service process has not begun.
3. No Refunds After Service Initiation
Once any service has been initiated, started, or partially delivered, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Energy Healing Sessions
- Spiritual Cleansing Services
- Manifestation Work
- Coaching Sessions or Packages
- Customized Interventions
- Training Programs
Due to the nature of energetic, spiritual, and personalized service-based work, once the process has begun, resources, preparation, and energetic effort are considered committed and non-reversible.
4. Recorded Training Programs
All purchases of recorded or pre-recorded training programs are non-refundable.
5. Spiritual Activations & Energy-Based Training
For any energy work or spirituality-based training involving:
- Spiritual Activations
- Permission for Recitations
- Meditation Authorizations
- Energetic Attunements
- Access to spiritual processes or practices
Once the activation, permission, or energetic initiation has been provided, no refunds can be claimed, regardless of whether the participant chooses to begin, continue, or complete the recommended practice.
The energetic process is considered delivered at the point of activation or authorization.
6. Agreement to Policy
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
